The 1,456-square-foot Meridian timber home plan features a first floor open concept kitchen/dining/living space, a large deck, porch, covered porch entryway and upper level loft with master bedroom suite with its own outdoor balcony and a dressing room/closet. The bath with a walk-in shower is centrally located to serve the master suite and a spacious guest room.

The great room has a fireplace and large picture windows, one of which looks out onto a deck that wraps around the back and becomes a covered porch.

The exterior is designed so that a combination of materials can be used, including logs, wooden fish scale shingle siding, weatherboard, Hardie board or even stucco. Construction could utilize a combination of Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) and timber frame.
