UCHBA 2024 Parade of Homes

The Honest Abe Log Homes model home and sales center in Cookeville will be open to the public for free tours on Aug. 24, 2024, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. This coincides with the Upper Cumberland Home Builders Association Parade of Homes set for
Aug. 24-25, 2024 in the Cookeville, Tennessee, area.
The model home and sales center campus includes two model homes – the Bellewood and the Algood. Adjacent to the models is The Mill Storehouse, a boutique offering personal care products, clothing, home decor and more. The Mill Storehouse is offering a 25% discount to anyone who tours the Cookeville model on August 24 and shows their ticket for the tour of homes.
The Parade of Homes will feature seven beautiful homes constructed by members of the Home Builders Association of the Upper Cumberland. For more information about the Parade of Homes click here. One of the homes featured during the 2024 Parade of Homes is the log residence of Steve and Kay Phillips built by Tom Sergio of JA Sergio and Sons.
