Inspired by the Western movies and TV shows of his childhood—particularly “Bonanza”—Jeff and his wife, Lisa, decided to build their dream home while they were still young enough to enjoy raising their family there. Their custom-designed floor plan features square, chinked dovetailed logs, reminiscent of the original pioneer homes crafted by settlers during America’s westward expansion.

Jeff and Lisa’s log home exemplifies this connection. Built in the early ’90s with a deep respect for the land, their home stands as a testament to their love and dedication. Despite initial financial challenges, they created a haven that now shelters three generations. The home itself has evolved, with additions and improvements that reflect the growing needs of their family.
