Coulters Take Dealer of the Year Honors for Fourth Time
The 2019 Honest Abe Log Homes Independent Dealership of the year is T&M Log Homes of Albany, Indiana. T&M Log Homes, owned by Tonia and Mike Coulter, is a repeat winner, also having won in 2012, 2015 and 2016.
The Coulters started their dealership in 1997 after completing construction of their own Honest Abe Log Home. The Coulters raised two boys, Tanner and Tate, (pictured above along with Tanner’s wife, Hope) in their Honest Abe home and are still loving all the benefits of log home ownership.
“This is a good example that living in a log home is not just a dream for retirement,” Tonia said. “Living in a log home is a way of life that we love to share with everyone. We love to work with families of all ages to bring their dream to reality.”
In addition to their log home business, Mike is a Senior Manufacturing engineer with Rolls Royce in Indianapolis. Tonia brings a lifetime of business experience to the dealership, which she developed in her family Livestock business & retail clothing store ownership.

With a commitment to the future, T&M Log Homes has become a more full service company offering design, material package quotes, labor estimates, hybrid and conventional homes, along with assistance finding turnkey contractors.
Several years ago Tonia and Mike added Kyle and Rebecca Taylor to their team to establish a Kansas presence for Honest Abe’s homes.
A little over a year ago they added to their business by contracting Eric Clevenger a site manager.
Although T&M Log Homes is located in Indiana, they serve customers all over North America.
“The Coulters are building their own business as well as nurturing the business growth of others,” Everitt said. “Honest Abe Log Homes is blessed to have Independent Dealership representation like the Coulters involved in our dealership family.”
The 2019 prize for Dealer of the Year was a weeklong trip to Mexico.
