These Honest Abe customers adapted the Honest Abe Navajo plans into a very customized country log home and shared their story here.

They employed both heavy timber and conventional roof systems and chose 12′ dovetailed D-logs for the log cabin with a main floor of 2,038 SF, loft with 232 SF, finished walkout basement 2,038 SF, 1,334 SF garage and 1,396 SF of wrap-around porches. The log cabin, completed in 2019, also featured stone veneer on the exterior with the same stone used inside the master bathroom shower and in strategic areas inside the house.
